Having crashes? Try these steps

If you experience crashes, it is most often caused by other conflicting software you have running on your PC or having an outdated Windows version.

You can try the following points:
[+] Restart your computer and enter BIOS
[+] Disable any overclocking
[+] Enable Intel Virtualization (aka: VT-X/Virtualization)
[+] Disable VT-D in BIOS
[+] Disable Hyper-V (Search > Turn Windows Features on or off > Untick Hyper-V)
[+] Disable Secure Boot (If Secure Boot is grayed out, delete your Boot Keys, this will allow you to disable it)
[+] Make sure you're on windows 10 (1809 + 1903 are supported at the moment)
[+] Save changes and restart your PC
[+] Disable EVERY OVERLAYS POSSIBLE! (Origin, Uplays, Steam, WindowsGameBar)
[+] Try again.

If the problem persist:
[+] Disable SuperFetch/Sysmain in your windows services.
[+] Disable Fast Boot


[+] Increase Paging File Size

[+] Uninstall any custom Keyboard or Mouse software installed
[+] Uninstall any PC Cleaning Software or Antivirus (BleachBit, Glary Utilities, CCleaner, FSlint, PC Tuneup, Kaspersky etc...)
[+] Run msconfig > Click startup > Disable all automatically starting programs > Restart PC
[+] Run msconfig > Click services > Hide all Microsoft services > Disable all services besides BattlEye Service, EasyAntiEbook and GPU Driver
[+] Change game AND operating system (windows) language to English
[+] Make sure your User Account Control Settings do not block our ebook.


If you still have issues:
[+] (Win 10 Pro) Ensure Windows Defender is disabled:

[+] (Win 10 Home) Download the Group Policy Manager: https://www.itechtics.com/?ddownload=18248
[+] (Win 10 Home) Follow same instructions as for (Win 10 Pro) OR follow the method of doing it via registery here: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-permanently-disable-windows-defender-windows-10
[+] ENSURE that Virtualization is enabled: CTRL + ALT + DEL > Task Manager > Performance > CPU:

[+] Ensure you are on the latest version of Windows 10.
