How to Fix Error: 0xC0000365 VANGUARD

Recommended Posts

Riot Vanguard Quick Fix

Step 1: Download Autoruns from Microsoft: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns.

Step 2: Extract "Autoruns.zip" into a folder of your choice.

Step 3: Right click on Autoruns.exe and click "Run as Administrator".

Step 4: Disable "vgc" in the "Services" tab, and "vgk" in the "Drivers" tab by deselecting the checkbox to the left of "vgc and vgk".

Step 5: Close Autoruns (Saves Automatically) and restart your computer.

You should now be able to use Ring-1, keep in mind you will have to re-enable Vanguard's kernel driver and service if you want to play Valorant again. To re-enable Vanguard just select both boxes instead of deselecting them. Until the problem is fixed, you will have to enable/disable Vanguard depending on if you want to use Ring-1 or Valorant.
